3 Good Choices:
  • Whole grain flour is always a good choice because you are feeding your body the essential nutrients that you need
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains good fats such as Omega 3, and unsaturated fats
  • There is an abudance of protein in this pork chop, which is good to assure your body, but try servings with lots of vegetables and fruit to allow your body those nutrients as well.
A little something about myself is that I hate pork! And I'm from Iowa, the pork state! How ironic, right? Well, when I am able to serve it with lemon, tomatoes, and a good breading, it makes the dish a little better in my eyes with a bit of juicy fruit. I loved mixing it up with two different pork chops this week and allowing myself to choose which one I liked better. Although the plain chop is better for you, I loved the Crusted Smoked Pork! I'd love to know which one you guys preferred!
